Coffee Spoons is designed to help you answer these questions quickly and easily. Coffee Spoons is an extremely simple and fast app that allows you to create "Habis" and then track how often you do them. If you want to know how often you drink a cup of coffee, for example, you would just create a Habi for "Cup of Coffee" and then tap the large Cup of Coffee button whenever you have a cup. Coffee Spoons immediately logs the tap; everything is always saved immediately, so you never have to worry about manually saving or getting interrupted by a call.

You can always view the history of a Habi by tapping the blue arrow. The History view gives you a straight-forward, easy-to-understand timeline that lets you easily figure out that you're drinking less coffee than you used to, for example. The History view is easy to read and in English, so you don't get bogged down trying to read a bunch of averages or lines and bar graphs.

Using the app is fast and easy; you tap Habis right from the main screen, so you don't have to navigate a bunch of menus just to log a cup of coffee. The main screen also shows you the last time you tapped each Habi. If you accidentally tap a Habi, you can Undo the tap. You can also specify the timespan for a Habi. You may be curious about how many cups of coffee you drink in a day, for example, but you might track going to the gym or eating out on a weekly or monthly basis. If you change your mind about the timespan or name for a habi, you can always go back and edit it.
